About Us
Mariana Botero
Mariana Botero was born in 1987 and studied Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design and holds a Masters in Design from the IE School of Architecture. Her studies and curiosity for the world have led her to live in Paris, Rome, Florence, Cartagena and New York. For the last five years San Francisco has been here home.
Her passion for art and design started early, but it was architecture that taught her that the subtleties of light and shadow, form and function can consciously or subconsciously change the emotional state of a person.
For this reason, Mariana founded the studio with the purpose of enriching people's lives.
Marta has one son, Rafael and a dog, Shasta, who often join her in her interdisciplinary professional adventures. She hopes to teach Rafael that how through creativity and ingenuity we can turn our ordinary everyday lives into joyful experiences!
